We had a great time traveling to different destination with our motorhome. We decided to travel around Australia. We reside in the UK and were very excited about the propsect of touring Australia. There were so many beautiful sites. We would have missed them if we did not take the camper van. We spent about a month in the Northern Territory. This place is wonderfully set out. There are countless towns and well known national parks. I enjoyed staying at a caravan park in Alice Springs as I had a superb view of Uluru. It looked incredibly pretty at night. We got to drive near the rock and it is colossal. We made our way to Darwin and spent a week in town. The beaches are beautiful however it is a shame that it is not possible to swim due to jelly fish and the like. It was great having the motor home as we were able to stay in a vast array of caravan parks. I think we must have stayed in over 20 different parks. I would like to do it all again some time. |
